The client is a startup incubator in Deep Tech space known for bolstering the startup ecosystem. They foster interaction between researchers, corporates, startups, investors, and entrepreneurs across several diverse disciplines.
Challenge: The client's primary challenge was to ensure commercialisation and prove the viability of the businesses by winning early clients. These Deep Tech startup founders and CEO have technical, domain and data science background and they needed to help build a framework to follow in order to successfully close deals.
